Please read the following rules and make sure you comply with them in full.

Noise Management Policy:

“Please respect our residents who live nearby and keep verbal commands to a minimum. Bookings in the early morning and evenings should be used for dog exercising and walking and not training where commands would be used”

Please discourage your dogs from barking where approriate signage will be displayed.


Entering and Leaving the Park:


  • Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time

  • Please be ready to leave the park on time.

  • Please only unload your dog(s) once the previous session has exited the park and loaded their car.

  • Please do not exercise/walk your dog outside of the secure park fencing.

  • Dogs upon entering and exiting the park must be kept on a lead.

  • Please make sure all gates are shut upon entering and exiting the park.

  • Children are very welcome at Percy’s Park, but please make sure they are supervised at all times.

  • Please do not let children climb on fencing, logs or structures within the park or carpark.


It is the owners responsibility to ensure all dog (s) are fit and healthy and fully vaccinated prior to visiting Percy's Park.

You agree that use of the field is at your own risk and agree not to hold Percy’s Park a trading name of C L MCCALLUM, its owners or staff responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends or your dog(s) arising from your use of the field. The field is a large outdoor space and contains areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation. In addition, the field could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside. You agree not to let anyone else onto the field during your booking other than any friends or family members you have brought with you to enjoy walking your dog(s)

Percy’s Park Management reserve the right to refuse admission to customers who do not comply with these rules. 

X L Bully Dogs:

Dogs under The Dangerous Dogs Act (1991) must comply with the following for use within our paddocks:

  • Customers wishing to use Percy's Park who have an X L Bully must hold Certificate of Exemption and a copy of your third-party public liability insurance.

  • The dog must be neutered in line with government rules.

  • The dog must be micro chipped.

  • The dog must be kept on a lead and muzzled until you have, entered the field and closed the gate behind you- you can then remove the lead and the muzzle.

  • The dog must be put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field.

CUSTOMERS WHO WISH TO USE PERCYS PARK WITH AN XL BULLY MUST COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE. (This condition of use has been prepared in conjunction with government guidelines and our insurance provider)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hrs before the appointment time.

  • Bookings can be cancelled via the confirmation email sent upon making the booking, however refunds will not be given.

  • "Package" offers are non refundable. However rescheduling is still available up to 2 hrs before the appointment through your confirmation email.


We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.
